Re: Post Your Transformers Photos - 2014 Edition

AOE Grimlock is not really new sighting, just one of the few that nabbed prime and grimlock when walmart bleeped up. They grabbed deluxes off shelves so I missed out on slug and scorn.
My Grandmother is terminal. We are literally waiting for her to die.
Grimlock can wait but since I had this pic before the whole living at the hospital, and plenty of time to waste, why not share.
It certainly not fun watching a loved one fade away.

Also looking forward to completing MMC Predaking. Just waiting for one more item to arrive before he ships

Re: Post Your Transformers Photos - 2014 Edition

Still a work in progress. Went home for a few hours to relax while my mom and brother stayed with my grandmother. Did a bit of a colour test with Grimlock. Not finished though.

I am contemplating cutting down his dino teeth, the 2 lon ones on both jaws. They look stupid

Re: Post Your Transformers Photos - 2014 Edition

I'm trying to keep busy. We do a lot of sitting and watching. She so far has no pain but the sooner she goes the better. Bittersweet quick death is better than her just suffering for months. So far it's been a week. It's hard to watch. Simple things like posting here helps a bit while she sleeps

I know what your going threw. Went threw the same thing with my Grandmother just 2 months ago. Hopefully she's not in any pain. On a side note nice job on Grimlock. Giving me some good ideas on when or ever if I find one.

that aoe grimlock's t-rex arms are oddly more in proportion then MP grimlocks I am looking at mine now and MP grimmy has strangely long t-rex arms but nothing I have noticed before now ....... odd indeed

Re: Post Your Transformers Photos - 2014 Edition

Well G1 Grimlock was never trex accurate so MP is what it is. It doesn't bother me and yeah the rex arms are more accurate, so to speak, on AOE Grimlock.
To be honest too, his paint job now already makes me like this figure when I disliked it so miuch before.

That's a big sucker...not too bad for spending $30 for both figures.

Perspective doesn't quite show the size of the sword.
