Is there risk order from AE.

I was just about to make a preorder of a UW Computron, a MP32 Primal and a LG Shockwave. I was planning to use Anime Export... but kinda on the fence right now after reading this at tfw: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/transf...service-2.html
What do you guys think? Is it really that risky to order from AE? I don't want to regret... I had recently made an order with them on UW Bruticus. Now I am a little worried after reading what those guys from tfw have said about them. I am not sure if I should make an order with them on this big order. I used to order lots from HLJ, however after knowing other sites, they seems a bit on the expensive side compare to others. NY has been good with the service, but lately has been ripping me off on shipping. I tried AmiAmi for Ratchet, but he is not released yet, so I have zero experience with them. What do you guys think? If not, who is the best option? AE or no AE?

I haven't had a problem. The biggest issue (or most common, but still not typical of all orders) I've heard of is peeps only getting one of a particular item when they actually ordered two or more.

I've always received what I've ordered and it's been packed well and shipped in a reasonable timeframe.

Well I'm not sure what the issue is as the link doesn't work for me but for the few times I've ordered from AE I've never had an issue

I have no complaints all in all, and I've ordered from them several times.

I ordered 6 Shockwaves from them, no issue at all.

I ordered 4 Deadlock from HLJ and for bent over on Customs.

I've ordered many times from them. When there is no issue A-E is perfect.

WHEN you have an ISSUE, their customer service is NON existent. I sent a couple polite emails with zero response. Problem unresolved and I just had to deal with it.

I now shop with Amiami, Nippon Yassan, etc.

Yes! That's the thing, if the order has issues, ppl complain that there isn't anyone at AE to deal with the problem. They don't seem to care..

I've had an issue that AE did resolve. I heard the CS complaints so when I had an issue I sent photos along with my issue to them showing the problem. No reply from them for a couple of weeks and then they replied saying replacement sent.
