Where to get Thrust and Dirge?

Keep in mind that they are:

• Japanese releases, which are typically more expensive than North American releases
• Japanese Exclusives, which are more expensive than regular Japanese releases
• Only being sold to individuals with a Japanese address, which means that they are being shipped twice (once to a Japanese address and once to a North American address)

So without factoring in the middleman profit, you're already paying somewhere above $50 US each.

It's unfortunate, but the only alternatives are to either hunt down the BotCon Thrust and Dirge, which will cost about the same price, or to not have a Classics/Henkei Dirge and Thrust.

Cheapest way is to custom one from Ramjet itself, but only if you are good enough to make one
