Re: ToysRUs.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion
Sorry to derail the discussion, but do we have any idea if that ROTB 3 pack with the deluxe Airazor was ever spotted anywhere in Canada? It seems odd that we got the Cheetor pack, but not the other.

Re: ToysRUs.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion
I hate to know if that new Origin Wheeljack is going to be a target exclusive. If it's a target exclusive, then it will be a Toysrus exclusive. If it's a Toysrus exclusive, then it will be twice as hard to find.

Err Jazz and Bee shelfwarmed and went on clearance around here. I think Wheeljack will be attainable.

Distribution is always the key. Some regions seem to get few to none of certain figures, while others end up with a surplus that shelfwarms and goes on sale. This figure occupies the completion spot for this trio, which could make it lot more sought after.

It was never spotted, no.
And to answer the other question about cybertron wheeljack, yes it will be exclusive but deluxe solid cases of exclusives have been attainable at TRU. They prioritize their exclusives over restocking other figures.

Wheeljack is a Voyager so there will be less per case than the deluxes.

True, but also we saw tonnes of BWBB naked Dinobot in TRUs after the fact
I'm sure Origins WJ will be way more popular, but writing him off early simply due to voyager-class, has at least one precedent against it

I had not caught that. Adds an extra wrinkle for sure. We?ll see if he ends up like SS ROTB Prime.
I remain not worried in the least. Also, just putting it out there, it may take longer for him to arrive on Canadian shelves than American ones and that toy will appear as discontinued in inventory systems, as is the nature of these exclusives.

Re: ToysRUs.ca Transformers Sightings and discussion
I would argue Bumblebee and Jazz, who were cheaper than Wheeljack will be, and sat on shelves for a long time, and got discounted a couple times, are more popular than Wheeljack. If they didn't sell out quickly I don't see Wheeljack selling any faster at a higher price.

What's wild is, reading on tfw, people are apparently desperate for an origins bee reissue...
