I'm looking to buy some card holder for my Masterpiece cards. Any suggestions where I can buy some Ultra-pro One touch 35pt in Montreal or the surrounding area.

I've check on cartamagica and collectorsavenue but they do not carry them.

Hey guys...

Just looking for advice. At the end of the month, I will be in Hong Kong for 2 weeks, and in Akihabara in Tokyo for 36 hours.

Anybody know the best spots? Obviously I'll be trying to do a bit of toy shopping, but I'd love to have any other suggestions for cool places to go or things to do.

For gadgets and tech stuff in HK, definitely try to hit up Mongkok.
I really wouldn't know where/what else to see in HK. Ocean Park, maybe? I usually only hit up HK with family to visit family, so I rarely care to go out on my own.

If you have some time in Tokyo, hit up the Shibuya area or Odaiba island. Shibuya is a very cool and hip area with lots of young fashion and most recent trends. Odaiba's the man-made island that once had the 1:1 scale Gundam, but I think it's been moved elsewhere. Plenty of cool shops and structures there; there's a pretty decent TRU there as well.

If you're looking for specific places to hit up for toys in Akiba:
- Yodobashi Camera (on the east side of the Akihabara JR train station) - for all your new/retail releases
- Mandarake - floors 7-10 (if I remember correctly) is all toys of all eras, new and used

Those are the 2 big places I'd recommend. There are obviously plenty of smaller shops that will have hidden gems, but I wouldn't know them off the top of my head so you'll have to discover them on your own.

Street food is probably all I can afford.

I'm in Hong Kong for the HK International Film Festival and to do some research for school. I've got a press pass, so at least the movies are free!

I'm staying in one of those dodgy Chungking Mansion guest houses in Kowloon, so right in the thick of things. Apparently the Indian food is great around there.

I'd kind of like to visit the New Territories, though I'm not sure if it's the right season for that, and besides a bit of hiking I'm not sure what there is to do there. But I'd definitely be keen to visit any cinematic sites.

In Tokyo, I've only got a short stay, so I'll probably just do a bit of window shopping, look at a few temples, and call it a day. Maybe I'll visit the Gundam Museum.

I'm going to try to make some time to hit up Japan later this year; I haven't been there since 2009 and I've been going through crazy withdrawal symptoms ever since.

I've been meaning to go with fellow member cannabisprime for years now, but it never worked out.
- First, I just couldn't take vacation due to work to coordinate with him
- Then, I got let go from my job (ie, no income); though in restrospect, that was probably the best time to go
- Now, I have a job, but nowhere near enough vacation stored up to go anywhere.
