Off-topic, I originally read this thread's title as "What quest(s) do you want to see at TFCon2010?"... and I was like "We had quests at TFCon2009?"

Back on topic now...

Peter Cullen, Frank Welker, Gary Chalk, David Kaye:
These guys need no explanation.

John Moschitta Jr:
Would be great for the diehard G1 guys (as G1 Blurr) or the fans of the recent stuff (Animated Blurr). Plus, I'd pay good money to see this guy host the Voice Acting panel.

Tom Kenny:
I can just picture Alex Milne's art for his appearance: TFA Starscream, and Spongebob. I'd pay good money for that too.

Peter Cullen and Frank Welker would be at the top of my list...

These would also be pretty interesting...
Corey Burton - involved with G1 and Animated, along with plenty of other 80s and animated properties.
Susan Blu - Arcee and other 80s toon voices, along with plenty of experience as a voice director and casting experience on Beast Wars and TFA (among other toons)

In all seriousness, I would LOVE to meet Frank Welker if that would be at all feasible.

I think Sue Blu, Peter Cullen, and Corey Burton are all good ideas too.

I wonder if the fellow who did Thundercracker's voice does convention appearances?

John Stephenson? I don't see why he wouldn't, as he's done special features on DVDs, so he still has a connection and memories of TFs.

Weird Al would probably be tons of fun (and very unlikely), but his TF connections are somewhat tenuous. O.o One voice and a song. O.o
