Re: A cool Value Village find ! ^_^

Found 70% of an orange/red KO devastator. No Bonecrusher and only half of Mixmaster though

I also found Universe Silverbolt, which I was super excited about until I opened him up and discovered that he had no back legs. I don't know how I missed that.

Re: A cool Value Village find ! ^_^

Hey guys!
I stopped into VV yesterday and picked these guys up. I think thye must have someone on staff pricing the toys that thinks they know something about TFs. I've noticed that the Tfs have gone from $2.99(scouts) and $3.99 (deluxe) to $5.99 across the board. I don't mind paying that as long as the figure is complete. When you get a figure, in robot mode, missing legs, arms or even the head I think they should either sell at a reduced price or not sell em at all.
Anyway here is what I picked up.

Don't forget to lock The Americar's arms when you put it in robot mode. The shoulder assembly is attached to a peg that is in a track, as seen below.

Slide the entire assembly down the track in the direction of the robot's back; the track gets narrower and the shoulder assembly locks into place. If you don't do that, the arms will flop around uselessly.

Yeah, mine's missing a monkey head. Found it at the Salvation Army for probably about a buck, so I'm not complaining.

Re: A cool Value Village find ! ^_^

My wife was at the value village today and found a bag filled with Transformers. when she was in the change room an employee put all the stuff in her buggy back on the racks...she had the employee find all the stuff she put back. In the bag was Classics
Hot Rod (Rodimus) Starscream and the 2 pack Megatron all in absolute mint condition..looks like they have never been transformers at all...also deluxe brawl and desert brawl from the first Bay flick.

it was $3.99 too.

Yeah, I've gone home with a bag full of stuff only to find an arm missing that I thought was there.

Great haul Matrix.
