-MECH ALIVE gimmick "reveals moving armor plates and inner gears" (chest windows open up to reveal Allspark/Matrix chamber)
-2 "snap out energy swords" (one for each arm - I know, odd)
-rubber tires (again)

The picture has now been posted (although not in full, but enough to see the entire robot and alt modes) in the TF2 News forum on tf08.net by yizhi (VIP only though). So it will surface somewhere in the next couple hours I guess.
