I donated to MSF as soon as I heard.

My parents immigrated from the Philippines in '73 and most of our relatives followed soon after so we're lucky to not know anyone directly affected but what a nightmare it must be over there. I feel fortunate to be where I am but extend my thoughts and prayers to everyone there as well.
