The Amazing Spiderman Trailer

Raimi did okay with Spiderman (aside from ruining the Green Goblin) but Spidey II and III were very weak. Loved Tobey as Parker but I'm good with the new guy and am really looking forward to the reboot. The lizard is a pretty good choice considering going with Gobby or Oc would draw too many comparisons and we need something new. I want to see them build the franchise up to a great Craven introduction.

Didn't Parker's parents go off to battle the Mole Men?

All I can think of is the Social Network and how much I hated that guy in it lol.

It looks pretty boring to me, especially since it looks like it is going to be an origin story all over again.

I can get behind another Spiderman movie I just hope they don't spend 2/3 the movie with the origin stuff again!! I understand touching on it briefly to establish it for those who have not seen a Spiderman movie, comic or cartoon over the last 40-45 years. Just sayin'.

It's clearly obvious that Sony is making this movie to keep the rights for Spiderman before Marvel buys the rights back.

Damnit I want my Spiderman in the Avengers Universe.
