Amazon.ca prices on Transformers Siege

Can't say for certain but that Novastar $37.72 price point might now be due to low stock? I bought mine two weeks ago for $19.99,and it was that price for quite awhile before I bought mine.

I find it funny that people talk about the pricing structure Toys Toys Toys uses in their stores, but when Amazon does it the "outrage" (not really outrage I know) is not there.

The scary part is that Amazon's practices will probably end up being the norm unless some class action lawsuit or government action puts a stop to them.

I wonder if we could/should call it price gouging?

I personally would not take those price seriously. I am not surprised to see any jacked up price from amazon, as that is what they have done for years.

I recently saw on a forum I'm on call CMD Store "scum". The reason he gave was "scalper prices".

I agree with you. I don't mind paying a bit more for something I can't find retail and I expect stuff that is no longer in stores to be higher priced, especially the more desired characters. As for price gouging, Amazon has some pretty ridiculous prices.
