Wall Box display? Ideas
Does anyone know an effective way to display boxed items on walls without shelving and damaging the box. Like this:
I msg the owner of this photo a few days ago but did not get a response.
Any ideas?

Re: Wall Box display? Ideas
Hmmm....well....
That's interesting...looks like there is some kind of a nail or something at the top of the boxes (you can see it on the lower three, roughly in the centre) but it's not clear if it's hanging on that...or if it's just in place with pressure (which would likely require something similar on the bottom to hold it straight (I think I do see some slightly thicker spots...like maybe a thin piece of styrene or something, on the bottom of the boxes...or is that just the way the box tab looks?
Very curious, let us know if/when you get an answer.

You can get brackets in whatever size you need from any hardware store and use whatever you have handy (like cardboard etc...) as a shelf you can customize the size.

Re: Wall Box display? Ideas
There is no tab for the boxes. They are Monster High ones as shown in the photo. If she did it that way, the black flap would be visible. Our walls do not hold shelving very well at all, so I'm trying to find a way to place them on the wall without damaging the boxes themselves.
I thought it might of been Command strips, but taking them off the actual box might rip the paper of the box... it's like freakin' magic or something. And yes, the bottom of the boxes look like that. There is a tab in the centre that goes in and makes it groove like that.

Well since all my TF's but the MP's are out of box and MH and EAH dolls is what I am planning to do it, it only made sense since it's the perfect example.
I will look into it

Looks like he used small nails in the wall but hung the boxes on the nail with a small string like you would hang a picture. At least that's what it looks like to me.

Re: Wall Box display? Ideas
Looks to be the same deal as superquad7's display. It's also more obvious in his photo
He cornered each card with pushpins while knockout's photo was probably done with nails.
Simple, effective and cheap.
