I think the back to back movie screenings is a really great idea!

What about a draw? Buy some of the ROTF merchandise on sale, and put together some prize packages? Winner gets like $50 of merchandise? You could also have 4 or 5 people get a deluxe or a scout as a prize.

See if Enraged Coconut will loan out DAK's giant prime to stand somewhere on display inside for a couple weeks... that should spark interest. Or perhaps see if GM can loan you a new Camaro and park it right infront of the theatre! Oh... and stick Megan Fox in it

Oh, I got another idea. Buy a movie ticket and get a Transformers' t-shirt for 5 dollars. I think T-Shirts can be make cheap. I got a Transformers T-shirt from BlueNotes for 7 bux, and that is included Tax

1) Toy display from someone with a large collection showing the history of the figures, as this is the 25th Anniversary

2) Pre-movie trivia contests for those waiting in line

3) I really liked Shepp's idea of cardboard egyptian themed stuff, but you could also do cybertronian themed models or facades, or even a large allspark mockup.

Its a 10 ft. tall toy accurate G1 Optimus Prime statue. Inhale, might be worth your while to contact her.
