most don't including me .. their is only a small number of free 15.00 toys than their are lots of the 10.00 off

From the very first line on the back:

TO THE DEALER: Kellogg Canada Inc will reimburse you for the coupon's face value plus our specified handling fee provided it is redeemed by your customer at the time of purchase of any item(s) specified. Other applications may constitute fraud.

Now, because apparently you can't comprehend that, what that means is the coupon must be redeemed in the fashion dictated on the front. Don't argue with someone when you're wrong, I've worked in this field and studied this.

My stupidity...didnt read that the item has to be more than $25 in order to use coupon.....What if you buy more than one item and the total is more than $25?

Last year, your item had to be more than $25. You couldn't combine, say, two $15 items. At least at my TRU.

I bought two Star Wars Galactic Heroes playsets for my little guy at Canadian tire, they were 54.99 each, I used one of each of the 10 off coupons on them today.
