IGear - WTF

I am kinda pissed off a now extremely worried. I ordered a set of H-01, 02, 03 heads. The cartoon versions for my MPs. What I got was all three MP-01/04 heads. I really was looking forward to my MP-02 Magnus having a new lid. aaarrrrghh

What has me nervous is I ordered a set of PP-03 jets and the same careless shipping is gonna happen. These may be the last IGear items I ever get... x 3

Did you contact iGear or the place you bought them from(if different) to inform them of the shipping error?

In my experiece the online stores have been good at fixing errors, I hope the same for you.

I plan on emailing them and finding out whats going on. Have taken packaging pics already. I hope I have the same luck as you have.

It isn't that bad because I have other MP Primes and have an MP-01L on order so I am covered but a major let down.

Good news. IGear has responded and after some email tag of photo proof they have agreed to send the correct items. I am very happy with their customer service. Professional and accommodating on their part.
