WM's broken site and broken chat, along with 4 hour phone call options sent me to their Twitter for a nice and easy update on my early year preorders which are sitting with old ship dates and products shipping out without fulfulling those POs.
"They are escalating" and I will receive an update from them either via phone or email.
If you're on Twitter you should probably DM them for some kind of action on unfilled preorders. Since it is DM I sent the order numbers with a 'what's happening?' type question.

Received a notice that my Allicon order from September shipped.
My Allicon pre-order from March is still in "delay".
