I'm still waiting for my ER Smokescreen that I pre-ordered in May. I found one in-store, so I'd like to cancel the pre-order, but walmart.ca won't let me because it's been "in progress" since early September, which is also when they charged my credit card for it.
Has anyone else experienced this? It wouldn't bother me so much if my credit card hadn't been charged, but they have basically taken money from me without sending the promised product (possibly through no fault of their own, but still....). The website management tool tells me it's "in progress" with no actual useful options to get my money back other than waiting for the product to arrive and then returning it.
Has anyone had success talking with a real person and getting a refund? I've also got an ER Sunstreaker stuck in the same "in progress" limbo with them.
