Glad im not crazy, getting the feeling now that I'd be better off trying to cancel my pre-order for beast megatron and finding him elsewhere.
Never pre-ordered with ebgames before, but I feel like I should have expected this.

I haven't gotten called about EB orders in awhile. Not since the Studio Series 86 stuff came in, anyway.

My Ractonite/Huffer DID arrive though from the website. I suspect a lot of this must be based on the case assortments they're getting from Hasbro not being full retail waves.

I don't want to alarm you but EB called me for both my Beast Meg's and Cyclonus pre-orders back in February.

Suggest you call and make sure you've not been "missed". It's happened to me 2X (they never called me for both Nightbird and Bugbite) now so it's a strong possibility unfortunately.

EBgames I believe gets the cases of individual figures instead of the wave cases.

They look like they're getting in another shipment of Megs at least as they have them for preorder on the website.

I ended up with my SS-72 being cancelled because my I paid via Paypal when it was with my credit card that was frauded.

Changing the card in the account didn't help. I replied, got an answer that I needed to talk to support and they'd be able to fix things using a few hoops and jumps.

3 days of calling and I'd get the musaz for 10 minutes and they'd hang up due to being too busy every time.

Called my local store, luckily, they had one coming in, reserved it, and picked it up Monday.

I understand that they might be busy, but not being able to reach customer service.. come on, they'll lose more business than what they'd pay to hire a few more phone people.

On well.. didn't pay for the shipping due to this, so it ended up cheaper afterall.

Now they (The store) are trying to find the others that I wasn't able to order via the site.

Seems to me with the number of issues people have pre-ordering in-store, it's not worth it. I had all of mine shipped to home and have received everything I've ordered so far. For Earthrise and SS-86 I ordered entire waves so I ended up not even paying shipping.

My store calls me.

Tells me the new TF pre orders and puts me down.

Had nothing but good times since they started doing this.

Haven't missed one.

Yep same here. My store (Bayshore Mall) is great. The manager there is so on the ball it is great. Whenever I pick up he always checks with me about the latest pre-orders to see if I am looking for something. Also he let me know about the deluxe ML Archangel "restock" they were getting (last year). It was actually more like old stock that was found. So he ordered me one in, it was great to get an out of circulation figure for $22.50!!!!

I have never preordered online, only in store, and had no problems. The great thing about in store is that I can still usually preorder something even though it is no longer available online.
