Re: 07 premium leader megatron vs rotf leader megatron
Ya i had the same dilema a while back. It all depends wats more important to you. ROTF Megs is perfect scale. Prem megs is shorter but has a great paint job. But scale is more important for me. Plus i just think that ROTF megs has a much better mold.
So i say ROTF leader Megs!!
OR
Do wat Pascal said.....(which i totally agree with).....wait for movie 3!! They're bound to get it right sooner or later. lolzz!

Re: 07 premium leader megatron vs rotf leader megatron
After seeing this thread I decided to finally open my ROTF Megs, and indeed there is much suckage. What the heck is with the arms?
The alt mode is OK, but wow there's not even much in the way of gimmicks to make up for the crudeness of the toy.
One thought--the ROTF Megs is perhaps truer to the movie version than 2007 megs is to his movie counterpart, so given that ROTF Prime is a really good representation of the film counterpart, ROTF Megs is a tolerable choice.
Sheesh...depressing to talk about this. Bring on LEADER STARSCREAM!!!!

yeah i bought a ROTF megs too, ended up returning it because I couldnt decide what the alt mode was supposed to be, and the arms in robot mode turned me off it. And come on with the alt mode. is it THAT hard to hide a head? if i recall the previous movie megs had the same issue. I returned it. when asked why i said "it sucks" I got my refund.

Well even still, Leader Prime has amazing engineering, and megatron seemed to be an after thought.
