I just heard back from Mario he will have the Pre-order back up later on today they were just making sure they could secure more stock I wouldn't be surprised to see him post soon.

The press release suggests it will be at the online stores for ToysRUs and Amazon, both of which will be cheaper than smaller stores. At this point it's likely for the US stores, but often with this kind of figure they go to both sides of the border. Time will tell.
I don't think you need to worry or rush, however.

Motormaster orders came and went quite a few weeks ago for the online retailers. They just haven't shown up in the mass market stores like TRU or Walmart yet.

wow, good thing I preordered quickslinger when it came back on about 30 mins ago. But now it's gone, should have preorder earlier to ensure both, at least I have one on order =p
