well, i liked samurai jack, and the way these are animated has the same feel. so if the writing and pace and all that are similar, i'll probably like it. (okay, a bit faster pacing and more dialog than samurai jack would be better)
as for the actual figures, i'm really hoping their looks arent carbon copy of this animation style. for the most part it would be possible, including having the "cell shading" kind of paint on them, but i really dont think that would come across as well as having them look more like realistic vehicles.
by realistic i mean a broad range, the armada vehicle modes for the most part looked like they could be real vehicles. if they look like classics then people will definitely love them.
in a way with this whole superhero theme for the new cartoon, its almost as if they will be a more mature version of the transformers gobots series, except with decepticons.
if this flops, they might bring back some older ideas. something like transtech may be a possibility.

I like it, I think it will be great and I think we'll be suprise with the toys, I think there's even a chance we might even get both a transformable and a non-transformable line.

it is geared towards kids and they have the right approach
The originals are great of course but they're looking for a more stylized vision and also giving it a more urban but goofy look. It will definitely appeal to kids.
I dunno how they are going to make toys out of them but I think it could have some good action because it looks so over the top
