Year of the Dog Transformer

Was there ever mention of one? I don't think I've noticed one for this year.

Re: Year of the Dog Transformer

I think Hasbro dropped the line, after all, most of the figures in this line is pretty bad choice and over priced, probably didn't sell well.

Pretty random choices as far as robots from specific lines and the colours weren't great, unless you're a fan of translucent plastic.
I did really like the yots omega supreme packaging, really nailed the theme.

I think YOTS Omega Supreme and YOTH Optimus Prime are the best among this line, maybe YOTD Optimus Prime (DOTM repaint) and YOTG Soundwave are 2nd tiers.
The rest are really garages.

Re: Year of the Dog Transformer

Yeah I was wondering the same thing.

I would imagine that if we don't see anything at toyfair, it is safe to say they are done.

I was pretty sure about the line being done by the end of last year. In previous years we would see pics or info on the next YO... release by November or December.

I have reach release of Prime so far, so I am a bit disappointed. However if they can't sell this idea in China, then there was little hope for the line here.
