I have 3 right now (also bought some alts recently though) and would buy a lot more if if wasn't for that pesky self-imposed budget for goals and crap like that.
Voyager: Blackout, Ironhide, and Ratchet.
Deluxe: '70s BB, '08 BB, and Bonecrusher.
And I love them all!

I have:
Leader Prime
Voyagers Ironhide, Starscream, Blackout
Deluxes 09 BB, Arcee, Scorponok, Brawl, Barricade, Dreadwing
Real Gears High Score 100 and Spyshot 6
Might be missing one or two figures. I also have the Chalk voice changer helmet and a Prime keychain.

I guess I'm going to have to change my answer pretty quick here. I had 5 and didnt really plan on getting more but then I decided my Costco Leader Prime needed a nemesis, so I got Leader Megatron off ebay yesterday and a kindly board member was able to snag an Arcee and Skorponok for me so I guess my total will soon be 8. (Dam plastic crack, lol)

I stick to my SHOWCHARACTER only buying.
I think I have between 20-30.
Both Primes, Both Megs, Both BBs and one of every other character in the movie.
I will be getting Leader Brawl and maybe Final Battle Jazz.
I also have one of every mould for real gears. First figures I bought that have no show characters or G1 reference to it. I think there are 7 of them.

I have WAAAAY more than I thought I would...9.
Movie Leader Prime, Deluxe 08 'Bee (one opened, one MOC), Titanium Prime and Bee, plus EZ Collection Prime, Bee (Hyper Hobby Japanese clear version!!!) and Barricade. I also picked up Classics Laserbeak, uh, I mean Booster x-10.
Still not a fan of 90 percent of these movie toys though. I just like Prime and Bee mostly, but I should probably pick up a deluxe Barricade for some 'Con representation (I thought ALL the 'Con designs were mega-WEAK!). Oh and I need a Voyager Prime too... and maybe a Jazz...and maybe a...DAMN it ALL!

Only ones I'm currently missing are recently released ones such as Rescue Ratchet, Dropkick, Payload, Recon Barricade etc...
