Thanks for the comments everyone.

Thanks. I think it's important to have some money saved aside from the TF budget for a decent display setup. The Detolf glass cabinets look good and are cost effective. What I need now are some risers. Too many toys in the back end up being hidden from view. Any suggestions anyone?

Thanks bud... you hooked me up a couple times. As for Jetfire... heheh... He's one of the more expensive vintage toys so he's kind of a lower priority right now. Especially because I love Skyfire from the cartoon and Jetfire the toy is not the same character. When I am ready, I'll let you know.

Great display!

I saw one guy on TFW use 3-tier expanding risers for his display:

http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/transf...any-moons.html

According to him, they can be found in the kitchen / household aisle of any local walmart, target, etc. I did some googling, and found that they're typically used as spice racks or cabinet organizers.

Yes I do and you are most welcome! I'm glad they went to a good home. As for risers, I personally use all my old VHS tapes. You can stagger and stack them any number of ways to get the right look. The only thing I would worry about is the weight of all of them on those glass shelves.
