I got BW Megatron two months ago, and I am R Club member. But the online chat rep doesn't let me do price-adjust. Solution? Am I supposed to do it at store only? It's Covid, I am trying not to travel to store if possible.

You get your price adjust the same way you made your original purchase. If it was in store, then it will be in store. If you dont think the price adjustment is worth a trip to the store, then don't get it adjusted.

I got it online, and they don't do it because they said it past 30 days. But R club member supposed to have 90 days, so I don't get why that person didn't do it for me. It's 90 days, isn't it?

It is not. R Club members get an extended 90 days to RETURN/EXCHANGE items. If you're not a member, then the return period was lowered to only 30 days I believe (probably to incentivize customers to join the R Club).



The Lowest Price Guarantee is still only 30 days, regardless of whether you are R Club member or not.

I see. No, price adjustment period is 30 days. But you could go to the store, return it and ask to buy it immediately back at the reduced price.
That is of course at the store's discression.

They don't price adjust after one month even if r club member. I tried.

I bought my BW Megatron back in February. They did the price adjustment for me last Thursday when the sale started. Probably really depends on the CR you get or I did it before they cracked on it maybe?

Anyways if push came to shove, I would have bought it and just returned at the store (since we still can here in BC) since I was still in the 90 days return period.

I see. I guess I can't price adjust after 30 days at this point. It's ok I guess, as long as I got the product I want. Better than trying to look all over the price looking for it. It's hard to not open the product for 90 days just trying to wait for a sale.

My TRU order shipped via Canada Post on Monday and arrived today, but I guess that depends if it has to go through a DC that is operating normally.


I know my Amazon order are delayed because they've got outbreaks at their warehouses.
