A G1 Hound TF oddity

I was going through my stuff to sell and I found my old G1 hound & completely forgot he had strange orange legs...he has always been this way and i've never understood why i'm pretty sure it wasn't repainted but... who knows..

here's the weirdness to see yourself!

Re: A G1 Hound TF oddity

What the f..............

All versions of Hound (and his minor variants) and I have never seen an orange rear end (feet). It's odd cause even if you mixed parts with say "Detritus", it's still only light brown feet and not orange........ not to mention the ware on his feet are legit and rusted.

On top of that it's not the Diaclone J59 Jeep-Robo. Which pretty much was Hound in similar green tones.

You said it also says Hasbro/Takara so it's also a post 1984-85 mold........

My final guess? A KO from yester-year. Something of higher quality from the 80s with a twist on the paint job.
