Nope, not for me, the delivery choice I make says 2-3 weeks, I get it in that time.

Thanks. Cancelled preorder from HLJ and switches to NY with EMS shipping. Do they mark down items on price for customs?

You pay a week or so, maybe 2 before the order arrives at their warehouse. They send you an order notice and you log in to your account and pay.
