^not sure if he still does it,but fellow member "darkov" over on the tfw2005 boards was remolding his own for a bit awhile back.try maybe hitting him up?
good luck on the search though,you're in for a hard/expensive ride

darkov disappeared long ago, there's about twelve of the sets in existence. Legit Black Zarak parts aren't easy to find

I have a U.K. repro lord zarak headmaster new unused with tight joints.

Also a D-93 100% complete in box, great condition.
