Well since there are supposed sticker app. variants up and coming it may just well well be. I've been staring at my Onslaught and trying to come up with a scheme for him.

srry to kill the mystery, Protoman, but i'm about 99.99999% sure it's supposed to represent Cerebro/Fortress, Fort Max's Headmaster. Cerebro/Fortress himself was a headmaster (binary bonded with Spike in the Rebirth, if i'm not mistaken) and THEN became Fort Max's head
