I never trust any employee at TRU fully but the news may be correct. It happened with MP Prime but the good people at TRU didn't know that until it happened.
I scored a MP Soundwave from Slayback (thanks brother) so it is a non issue for me but I would have loved another with a 30% discount :P

I picked mine up from Purolator on Kipling today and opened it up tonight, it looks fantastic, i'm glad i decided to buy it, it looks good on my G1 Classics/MP Shelf with MP Prime and MP Megatron and a mountain of Generations/Classics figures.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to order it, just to see what happens. You'd think they'd have enough stock to get through to November...has the Christmas rush come and gone already? I remember a few years back getting all nervous about a TRU Armada Unicron, but then saw a massive pile of them that stuck around til December. I hope there's enough SW to go around!

Dumb question, but do you guys think that ordering it now might be risky?...in that the website says it's in stock but it might not be?

You could (if you wanted to)order it as you're not charged until they ship it.you can later cancel the order if by chance you find it in store.
