Devastator's dull yellow crotch piece that comes with Long Haul feels and looks almost 3d printed. It's the little lines when you look at it close up.

Totally agree. I don't think the originals ever fit that well.

Re: Devastator reissue plastic

I applied the stickers this afternoon. I didn't apply the faction symbols that were supposed to go on top of another sticker (like the one on Scrapper's chest), I think they look ugly otherwise. I think I did a good job. I didn't remember that all the vehicles had "attack" modes. So to avoid having spare parts lying around, I just use the drills instead of the hands, they look cool.

Terrible. They are made of 3 layers (clear printed layer, sticky foil layer, wax paper bottom layer) and I had the top layer come apart from the middle layer for one sticker so far. I only stickered up bone crusher so far.

Re: Devastator reissue plastic

I'm wondering if I should bother buying a set of Reprolabels and using them instead....

I am asking myself the same question. I can't wait to see reviews pop out on Youtube!

Re: Devastator reissue plastic

The stickers look fine to me. They look good and stay in place.

Re: Devastator reissue plastic

Wow did this first post look horrible. I only have the anime Devy to compare, and no way did the plastic on the individual bots look that dissimilar.

I would seriously think twice about buying this if I saw colours like that. While we can't expect the same quality of plastic from back in the day, there must be some kind of middle ground better than this. And at this price? Yikes.
