All mainline figures that are in the movie, excluding legends class figures and repaints and re-sculpts, except for Bumblebee, which I already got.

Re: What ROTF figures are you planning to pick up?

Leader Prime w/ Jetfire
Deluxe Sideswipe
Deluxe Ravage
Deluxe Soundwave (just got one from WM)
Deluxe BB w/ shoulder cannons
The Fallen

May be Leader Megatron as well just for the sake of a Prime v.s. Meg pairing. Devastator is definitely out. The rest of the crews look unimpressive to me.

I'm not a hater in any way but most of the molds really are unimpressive IMHO. Devastator definitely looks a lot different than what I saw in the trailers... and the fact that you have to go out and get the transformable individual bots just turned me off.

Just out of curiosity, what about the toys don't you like? Is it because you didn't like the aesthetic of the first movie line and so chose not to collect them also? Is it because Hasbro's RotF figures look less impressive standing next to the first movie line due to engineering and aesthetic choices?
Is it because everybody else loves them or just about and you want to go against the grain?
Or is it just because?

Personally I'll probably get all of this movie line eventually just like I plan on completionisting the first movie line and pretty much any series ever released by Hasbro and a few from Takara. Or at least that's the dream, being an actual completist of anything right now seems to be impossible. The only series I ever completed was Classics, except for Botcon toys and the DVD Prime because I already had 20th Anniversary Prime and didn't want to. Oh and Masterpiece Starscream, but that's because he never came to Canada and at the time I didn't have the funds for importing. But all mainline Classics, Deluxes, Voyagers, Two-Pack Exclsives, Mini-Cons, Legends and even Devastator is mine. So technically Classics is COMPLETE as far as the Mainline Releases are concerned.

Sideswipe fior the concept Corvette.
Bumblebee,for my son.
Dirtboss,just cause I can.
Fallen,just cause.

IMO,I dont really like any of the robot modes except Fallen.
Idk,maybe my thoughts will change when nobody buys them and they go on sale.
