Thanks for all the awesome info I called my Naniamo branch (as I live a bit out of town) and tried to get a rain check they said flat out "We're sorry our rain checks are broken right now" when pressed further they said "they will be unavailable till after Christmas."
I tried waiting on hold for 2 hours and change for the online customer service to try to get one through them they said they don't do rain check's at all and to go back and try the local store.

I think if it is one of their normal 20% off sales, they shouldnt deny the raincheck. You can explain to them that and tell them these items go 20% off every month or so, and to be kind about it. They will likely go on sale soon again, or buy one on the shelves for the current sale price, and when the one you want comes up, purchase it and return the one you dont want on the full price receipt, as they all have the same SKU.

Just be warned, they have some special rules for returns during the Xmas season so try to do it all before mid Jan to avoid issues.

Hey guys, I found an ER Starscrean with SKU 482455...but it isnt shown in the TRU system...anyone know what that SKU is for?
