Arrow Slave's Cassette "Not-Swoop" Review

Heya!

Here's a little review for another acquisition I made directly from Eagle himself, this is ESW 0204 which is Not-Swoop that transforms into a Cassette!

Video review on Youtube: http://youtu.be/bbo7qzEUSSY

This guy is just a work of art! The amount of details is incredible. I'm speechelss about it... just look at the photos:

Now as mentioned this is "Not-Swoop" as you can see here, and I point out in the video review, on his forehead there is a Decepticon logo...

That intrigued me... Swoop never was a Decepticon... so I wrote Eagle about it asking why and here is, word for word Eagle's explanation:

AS TO SAY DECEPTION, ACTUALLY HE IS NOT SWOOP...
HE ALWAYS FLOATTING LONELY IN THE DEEP SKY, EAGERING PEACE, BE A DECEPTION. NO ONE KNOW HIS EXIST

There you have it... he's a decepticon, and no body knows he exist... MYSTERIOUS!

For a cassette, he has a lot of articulations... mouth, neck, wings, feet, tailfins... GREAT articulations. Now I did seen a video on youtube made by thielmj1 and his Not-Swoop had very loose articulations which concerned me a bit and again, I contacted Eagle about this... He told me that he usually give loose articulation for buyers to paint the figure themselves... the paint coating would've tighten the joints. But since I didnt have intentions of painting him,he offered to tighten the joints himself before shipping the toys to me... I tell ya, Eagle does offer GREAT services

And yes all the articulations on my figure are pretty tight.

Transformation is somewhat simple, and the cassette mode is great! There is a lot of details on it, we can see the tape rolls, those arrows that points the directio the tape is going, fake screws, etc... as metioned at the begginning: work of art!

He is the size of G1/Masterpiece cassettes, so yes he will fit into G1 or Masterpiece Soundwave

Some more Size comparison, here is is with my WST Grimlock

Or Legend Class Megatron:

ESW 0204 Not-Swoop is just awesome... he sells for about 25$ so there is no reason why you should not try to get your hands on him... your only excuse would be that he's run out... because Eagle only made about 30... if I were you I'd hurry up to get one.

Now I heard rumors that KFC has bought Eagle's mold to make a Swoop of their own... we'll see in a near future if they do put it out.

Wait, you're not Lazerbeak!

If you are interested in buying one, please visit Eagle's web site, his e-mail adress is there... dont be shy, he's a nice guy and replies very fast.

Thanks for the review!

He looks kind of flimsy overall even though you can pose him
