I use this Tamiya Anti-Static Model Cleaning Brush for the more delicate stuff.

Perhaps, but might be too much tool for the job. Put a fan on them and they won't get dusty? Better yet. Handle them lots and they won't get dusty. Maybe dust is just nature's way of showing us things that are not all that important?
