Canadian Customs Regulators Reverse Ban on Masterpiece Megatron

Didn't know there was a ban either when I brought MP Megs back to Canada from HK XD The HK customs were concerned but showed them it was a toy and all went smoothly =D

I bought mine from Silver Snail (about a year ago) with no problems. I had no idea there was a ban on them.

I got mine for BBTS with out issue. There is a plug in it, but I never had any issues with it at customs...

I'm in the same boat as everyone else... I got mine from HLJ last year without any problems, and never had any clue that there was a ban on the figure...

Yeah, this is kind of funny, since here in Canada, we seemed to be some of the only fans having NO problems importing MP Megatron. What this says about the relative diligence/common sense of our customs officials is up to conjecture.

However, this ban is thoroughly ridiculous anyway, since all someone has to do to get a replica firearm is pay a visit to their nearest dollar store... and those ones are often perfectly close to actual scale.

I had no idea there was any type fo ban on these things! Kudos to Canada customs for doing their typical bang up job and letting me get one problem free when it first came out.
