AFAIK some people in BC did see them. I'm questioning, for my part, if it will be better to try and hunt down, say, Cosmos, or just buy him online for probably double his MSRP, since chances are good one can spend that much in gas, transit cost, and time looking in stores for him.

Shadowstrip and Crasher seem to have already run their course through Walmart's here in MB. Seemed to be 2 cases per store. Scourge is shelf warmer now. You can typically find 1 or 2 at every store.
