I ordered the Red Alert MP from the link above. Got him on sale for 39.99$US with free shipping. I'll compare him with my real MP Sideswipe and let you know the difference in quality.

Yeah just couldn't justify buying legit MP Sideswipe for over $80+shipping. The guy doesn't even have any diecast or rubber wheels like the old binaltechs did and I think I paid like $60 for them at the time. But Prowl I've been thinking about him ha ha

i know at the time i was garbing MP-10 at TRU for $99.99 so paying $80 for just a car was a ripoff but like every MP you may as-well grab them before you can't hell Hasbro could and rebox all 3 MP12 in 1 box and sell them at TRU

I actually got my KO Sideswipe and I am actually quite impressed with the quality of the figure. I do have the authentic one too but not planning to open it.

Anyone thinking Hasbro is going to get the licenses to release the cars in North America has another thing coming.

This KO is a good deal for customizers but you can't compare the TRU Optimus with this as one is Hasbra, one is Takara.

Comments like this make me suspect that these people have no takara or 3rd party releases, if you do buy 3rd party at the high prices they demand I would say buy some takara and show them support as takara are the ones designing the MP line not hasbro, they (habro) just piggy-back off of Takara's design. I would like to see a masterpice mould designed by hasbro but honestly I only see them giving MP's a re-deco

So I received my KO MP Red Alert and have to say I am pretty impressed with it compared to my real Takara MP Sideswipe.
Quality wise - I'd say they're pretty accurate.

I did note the differences between real and KO:
that being the COUNTACH and CANTACH on the spoilers
the black outlines on the headlights
the hologram of the Lambo at the bottom.

All in all - I think this is a pretty good KO. Compared to the prices I spent for the real ones... $200 for Optimus / $200 for Ultra magnus / $200 for Megatron / $200 for Grimlock ... it does get quite expensive!!
