Which character do you own the most toys of?
... and i dont mind you taking liberties with slight variations... ie mine right now would be hot rod(imus)(prime) or whatever.
- takara bookstyle g1 reissue
- classics
- heroes of cybertron
- tfa rodimus
- challenge at cybertron hot rod (in the mail)
runner up is grimlock.

when you say most toys do you mean most different toys or can I count duplicates? like if I have 8 Universe deluxe Cyclonus? does that count as one toy or eight toys?

You would count 1 of the as Cyclonus, the other seven as "and his armada" 
I donno, but probably Optimus Prime? O_o

Oddly enough, the character I seem to own the most toys of is the Combaticon Swindle. Let me see here...
G1 Swindle (from my Encore Combaticons)
ROTF 'Copter Swindle which I replaced with...
Fansproject Swindle/Munitioner
Animated Swindle
I'm...not sure how that happened, really.

I would have to say either Prime or Megatron, I have at least one for each series that has come out sometimes a MIB or MOC besides the one I have for display. I think that it would be prime.
G1 prime, power master prime,
G2 Primes from the G1 mold
Beast wars/Beast Machines only missing Air Attack Primal (not really prime, but close enough, lol)
RID prime including the legend type class figure
Armada leader and deluxe
Energon leader and soon the deluxe
Cybertron Leader and legends
