oh i see. in my case they told me (via live chat) that my credit card expired. It wouldn't have if they didn't put up the pre-orders so early. But I guess its better they try to charge me now instead of at that time.

Was Legacy Gears ever up for preorder on Gamestop? I did a quick search last night and couldn't find any entry for it, but I know they sometimes delete sold out items from the website listing.
