Also, check my somewhat review on the board for better sticker info, the instructions are pretty bad. Which reminds me, I should snap some pics of the proper placements to accompany my info.

Ah, nuts. Well, good to know it's a wide spread issue. I'll probably do that fix when I get around to chrome his legs.

Yeah, mine flops down a little bit. Not enough to go over his eyes, but enough to be annoying. Also, while just fiddling with him, I managed to dislodge his helmet from his head that really messed up both. Took some careful wiggling to get it back into place. Again, when I get around to chroming his face, I may just remove the visor. Don't care for it at all.
BTW, what's the deal with the clear red plastic switch in the back? I didn't see it mentioned in the instructions.
Also, I'm sure everyone who already has him has probably noticed it by now but if you're like me and a little bummed that this is the only version of Metroplex that doesn't come with 2 red guns, you can take his 2 black guns flip the handles down and use them as handheld guns and attach the red gun to his back as a shoulder gun. I feel like an idiot for not noticing it until now.
But he looks pretty badass, even though they look kinda small in his hands compared to the big red gun. But it can be compensated for by flipping out his other weaponry. I probably would have never known he had a gun in his arm if it wasn't for the instructions.
