Picked up FoC Kickback about a week ago.
Sadly, I've only had time to transform him back and forth a grand total of once. That said, despite some fiddly bits on him, I find he's fun to transform, and I really like how the robot mode turned out (bug mode being just ok).

Swap the Green panels on Grimwing's chest. When you transform him, just rotate the panels so that the close over the beast mode head. His arms should stay in place better after that.

Thanks to the sale picked up FOC Blaster, FOC Ultra Magnus, and BH Voy Shockwave. Really liking Shockwave, the others I think I might have been disappointed paying full price for, but at half price they're pretty decent.

There's a 180 day POL limit? Hell, at one time I kept my POL for like a year and a half. I have a feeling I may be one of the reasons they instituted a limit. :/
