Just finished watching the extras disc for the movie

A good bit of the footage made onto various sites or television making of shows. Each feature is really just a making of segment. There's only one feature on the origin of Transformers and the fans.

That being said, it was still pretty neat and nice to have everything all together on one disc.

Time to watch the movie disc now.

Alright.... there are a couple of deleted scenes hidden as Easter eggs, but unless it's hidden someplace I haven't seen, the extra Imax footage is not anywhere on the 2 disc version coming out tuesday.

Man, Easter eggs on every menu though...

Which version of the DVD should be the most complete in your opinion?

Re: Just finished watching the extras disc for the movie

I think for the fans, it would still be the 2-disc version. Plus if you went to Botcon this year, you may see yourself in one of the features.

That being said, I can't shake the feeling that the imax scenes will make it onto a later release of the movie now that it seems like they're not on this one.

I have to say, the lack of deleted scenes or even some of the dialogue from the Transformers themselves which was taken out (according to the writers) is fairly disappointing.
