It could be pretty cool, and I would definitely consider getting another one if the trailer is amazing (or if the figure is on sale). Maybe they'll even make a separate trailer to buy for RotF Prime at maybe Voyager price, since they couldn't possibly make a Leader class Optimus and a trailer all at the Leader price. There's a plethora of things they could do, but I wonder what exactly that thing will be.
I was actually thinking that he would have Jetfire's parts stored in the trailer (modified of course so that he won't need Jolt to combine... who won't even be in the movie apparently...) so that he could power up anytime he needs it. It really wouldn't make sense for him to just throw away Jetfire's body parts since it made him strong enough to defeat The Fallen, who was supposed to be beyond strong.

Unless they make a new price point, I would assume any Prime coming with the trailer is going to be Voyager sized so that they can sell the truck plus the trailer at a Leader price...which I would totally pay if it looks nice. Even if it doesn't do anything, just to have a nice Prime Trailer that isn't coming out of a third party company would be awesome Nothing against third party stuff, but I'm not shelling out $100 for just a trailer, no matter how nice it is.

Well the question of the poll is "Would you buy 'another' ROTF prime" so if you don't have him and do want him... it kinda doesn't apply... though if I could change the poll now to accommodate your answer, i would!
