Re: What was the best deal/trade/sale you ever made?
A few years ago I got a bag of Transformers at a yard sale. In the bag was:
G1 Megatron, complete with all extensions and his silver gun. Darn thing looked new.
G1 Swoop, complete and unbroken
G1 Thundercracker, missing one missile, which I had anyway.
A few throttlebots (I don't remember which ones).
The bag cost me $5.

Very first trip into a Value Village
1) Enegon Omega Supreme MIB 100% complete $3.99
2) Enegon Optimus Prime MIB 100% complete $4.99
3) Armada Optimus Prime MIB (missing leg missle) $4.99
4) Cybertron Wing Saber Loose complete $1.99
Never gotten that lucky in a VV again but that was a great first trip

My best trade was back in the early 90's and i got all g1s.devastator,jetfire,hot rod,tracks,ultra magnus,warpath,powerglide,streetwise,blaster,ratba t,ravage,ramhorn,perceptor,hoist,bits of roadbuster,duacons,and wheelie.Think that was it but got all that for some skateboard wheels and all my garbage pail kids cards.We were both happy.most have been sold or ruined since then but that was my best trade.

Back when the PS1 was king a friend really wanted Final Fantasy VII. I traded him my copy for a complete G1 Jetfire.

BotCon 2012, Parts Party. Bought a loose Leader HFTD Starscream, RiD Skybyte (Complete), BW Bantor and a MISB Shadow Panther for $30.
Sale with friend, bought a Classics Megatron, RTS Bumblebee, Prime, and Perceptor for $30 or so.
