Not if you get one of every mold regardless
*shrug, to each their own....personally I'm also part of the "they ruin the toy for me" group as I'd rather figure out all the little bonus's and genius engineering myself. Only time I've wanted to watch a review was on ROTF Prime just to see how he transforms as I couldn't believe it when I first saw it.

I suppose, I'm pretty choosy when it comes to buying domestic stuff, so I generally like to see a review before I buy. ie. I wouldn't have bought 90% of the ROTF stuff from looking at it hanging on the peg. Bludgeon, Skystalker and Mindwipe come to mind here.

Re: TF Reviewers
I'm subscribed to Vange1us, Peaugh, and Optibotimus. Vange1us usually brings The Funny, so his reviews are enjoyable. Peaugh's older reviews are nice since they're brief and to-the-point. Lately, he rambles on a bit much. Not as much as Optibotimus, though. While I appreciate his take on things, he could be a little more... concise.
That reminds me: I should subscribe to Runescape228's YouTube channel since he also does good reviews.

FYI he does a bunch of different type of reviews. The funny ones are his plastic addict series where he reviews really bad transformers, but he also does straight up reviews too.
If you're interested, bonus link for a reviewer who I like because he gives you the scoop on the true posiblilty of a figure, and his willingness to give figures a chance when everyone else says they're crap.

seriously?
those 3 are what I was counting my money in the pocket, when I saw those in the first appearance released news. But indeed, finishing watching the reviews makes me confirm to have them.
I assumed I started to follow Peaugh since he has a reward or contest for the viewers? Yeah, wishing all the reviewers could start do that, and I will subscribe them.

Re: TF Reviewers
Honestly, I avoid these things like the plague. I find them extremely painful to sit through but on occasion I will turn to Peaugh to figure out weird parts of transformations that were left out of the instructions (i.e. ROTF Leader Optimus).

I'm not a mold completionist, when it comes to TF I tend to be very, very picky about who I buy. Reviews help ALOT when it comes to this kind of thing.

Re: TF Reviewers
Text/Image reviewers, Ben Yee and Cliffbee. Videos are long, stupid, and full of drama.
That said, I watch Thew because he's downright funny. Vangelus for the same reason on occasion.

Re: TF Reviewers
For text reviews, I highly suggest everyone check out this site:
www.fanmode.net
It's a collection of picture reviews from the Japanese websites...really, really comes in handy.
