What is this?

I have a customer trying to figure out what this toy is, and I'm a little stumped. I was wondering if anyone else recognizes this.

Thanks guys,

Todd

Re: What is this?

At first I thought it might be some type of Zoid, but it looks little too cartoony for that. Also, even the Japanese Zoids Boxes still say "Zoids" on them.

Not sure where Google is getting "Magaru" lol...it actually says "Magical" Hat...looks like a figure series based on this Sega Genesis video game in Japan:

The kid on the box might be Jewish... Or is just wearing a star of David for some unknown reason.

That's BS. Both the hexagram and swastika are prehistorical symbols drawn all over the world long before any one started to learn to write a magical book.

You are correct, the hexagram or six pointed star does have some basis being used in Hinduism as a heart chakra.

They also still use the swastika in India for luck, they paint it on new cars (I learned that from watching "Don't Drive Here" on Discovery channel)
