This looks much better. Part of the problem with the toy is the GREEN window. Also, the shoulder looks different between image and the actual toy.

Agreed/ Part of the reason why I'm considering going Takara actually because the blue windows look so much better

Yeah, the windows really make that difference eh?
I really dig it, it's like it was designed after the toy was made. If Prime does turn out like this I wonder if the other members will get "upgraded" too.

The windows being green didn't bother me until I saw the Blue ones, you could always paint them with a solid or clear colour though.
I'm sure the Takara verision will have better looking plastic too.
haha, I thread-jacked my own thread and only took 4 posts
With that said the windows on the cartoon image are red ?? whaaat????

The sholders on the toy are squarer and loose and fold out, need to be, to transform.
Again the image is much better

Well, now I have to get this toy. Such is the nature of my collection; if he's on the show he's in.
But I agree that the Japanese one looks better.

I did how burly he looks. I looks like a power-lifter with that large waist of his. He also looks like he can just rip a guy in half.
Also, wow, the Cyberverse Commander's sword is accurate in terms of size. When I got it the first thing I thought was "boy his sword's tiny" but apparently that's accurate. He's huge!

I like but he's a little too bulky (pun intended). But with a show called Beast Hunters, this guy looks perfect for the job. I look forward to Optimus and Bulkhead teaming up and tearing through those beasts.
I hope the Star Saber in the pic is just a place holder because now that Optimus is so big, it looks tiny on him.

Looks like a Star Sabre Toothpic now
I love the proportions of OP in the pic, IMO His forearms are massive, I think they outdid themselves with this incarnation.
