Actually, it does. Now because the 3 seekers are botcon exclusive, people that have them are going to price gouge for them. they will be for sale at $300. I can't afford that, now that i'm trying to save up for a mazda miata.

Shit, i was really hopping to get the classic Decepticon set.

I'm surprised that I haven't seen any kitbashers catering to the masses that want Thundercracker and Dirge. Thrust is a lil harder since it actually got remolder.

Hasbro also stated this at the future product panel at Botcon. When Classics was thought to be ending, the rest of the seekers became Botcon exclusives. They will not be released at retail because anyone who got the Botcon set paid a lot to get it.

Sometimes you have to choose between what you want to get more...and not all the Classics will be that high in price. Just the Botcon exclusives. I'm sure retail will stay at normal prices for the regular Classics.

While I could ask for the obvious stuff, like a Rodimus Prime (larger class), or Sideswipe/Sunstreaker. But I would like to see some more forget names.

1. Classics Brawn
2. Classics Inferno (They still have the registration for the name and it opens the door for a repaint/remold)
3. Classics Blaster

Also with the movie popularity, some original G1 versions of Barricade (F1, maybe Mirage repaint) and Blackout (Back half of Micromaster jet combiner).... I know it's obscure =P

Here's the way I see it. If the rest of the seekers were scheduled for store release then at the last minute they changed them to BotCon Expensives, i mean Exclusives, you would have great reason to feel cheated and swear.

But if they were not in the works for release and the BotConners got them for us, then that's doing us a favour. Dish out the $300 or not, but at least they got us an option we didn't have before.

I don't feel cheated. i do feel disappointed that Hasbro can't make wise decisions. If they only realase it as store exclusive, billions of people will by them. But since it's a one time Botcon exclusive. Only a hand full of people will have them. not only do the collectors missed out on some great toys, Hasbro themselves missed an opportunity to make a lot of money. I for one will not buy any classic anymore. and already retracted all the bids i made on ebay. Also, my Classic megatron and ramjet is up for sale, cheap.
