Has anyone ever dealt with their customer support? I used their page form to submit a request :

Today I got this email asking for my address to send the parts. Just wondering if it's legit or if it's some phishing email; that no-reply email address makes me question it. If it's not, it's great customer service though

if it is sent to your exact name and exact email and only to you, it is likely bona fide.

Yeah, it's too bad the rarity of good customer service nowadays makes me question it when it does happen

My only two experiences dealing with MMC's customer service were great. They've earned a lot of respect from me so I like to let people know just how awesome they are.

Can confirm, awesome customer service. I had pieces missing from my Feral Queen set I got at TFCon. Sent them an email, got this same response, some time later parts in the mail!

Good news and bad news...well, mostly good. They sent me the forearm fillers and weapons that were missing with Tigris, but not the extra yellow head. Guess it's better than nothing, can't really complain and they did it at no charge.

Anyway, if anyone has the extra yellow head for Tigris and isn't using it, PM me.
